Diabetes-Type I – What’s the Cause? The answer to this question, what’s the reason behind diabetes, really has many answers. There’s not any single cause of Type I diabetes, although there’s research being done, and they’re discovering some “potential causes”. All these “potential causes” should be considered and recognized as chances in contributing to the dis-ease.
What to do?
When we are aware of these possibilities, we could make a choice to eliminate a few of those possibilities, and lessen the odds of attacking our immune system into an overly-reactive state.
- Wheat and the immune reaction. All the above have been “linked to the possibility” of inducing Type I Diabetes.
The latest Science News suggests that there was a study that showed an “abnormal immune reaction” to wheat proteins, in half of the 42 studied, who have Type I Diabetes. The other factors which bring about this “trigger” can be specific genetic types. Type I diabetes is an autoimmune problem where the immune system over reacts and destroys the beta cells in the pancreas. In my experience, in using Iridology and my sons body constitution type, I’d say that having a strong constitution may be an additional component of the formula at the”chances” of owning an over-reactive immune system. When we have a strong constitution, our body reacts quickly and strongly.
Conclusion
This works well for routine bacteria and viruses which our immune system wishes to destroy. This body type generally experiences good health, rather than too many colds or flu’s. The issue may occur when the immune system is saturated with an overabundance of toxins, or substances such as wheat, as well as the immune system over stimulates the “ruin factor”, causing the destruction of it’s own cells. Such is the case with Type I Diabetes. The solution to these “possibilities”, is to create a strong immune system, but being careful not to overstimulate it.
- What Are The Basics Of Diabetes? Diabetes is essentially a disorder that interferes with the ability of our bodies to use food for energy and growth. One thing that occurs when we consume food is that some of it is converted to glucose (sugar) that goes into our blood stream for energy and growth. Diabetes' main effect is that our blood sugar glucose levels can get high. Insulin You've heard of insulin, right? Your pancreas produces insulin. Well, insulin is the hormone that gets the glucose (fuel) to our cells to help create energy. If your body is not making enough insulin or using it properly…
- Can Chiropractic Care Enhance Immunity? Diabetes is a global problem that has affected more than 3 million individuals in the USA alone and the speed is on the upswing. Ironically, diabetes is no longer a disease of middle-aged obese and sedentary practitioners because large number of teens and children are falling prey to the chronic metabolic matter. Immunity Although many theories have been discussed however, the main pathology is the autoimmune destruction of insulin- secreting pancreatic cells which progressively decrease insulin production resulting in abnormally high glucose levels. Type II Diabetes mellitus is the result of a condition of insulin resistance due to persistently elevated…
- Does Breastfeeding Reduces The Mother's Chances Of Diabetes? Whether breastfeeding is an'in' thing or not is hard to gauge on the trend meter, but so much as the scientists, researchers, doctors and medical experts are concerned, the verdict is unambiguous. Breastfeeding is a blessing for moms and babies both. For the little ones it's all about the nutrition that they draw from the food which the character has especially designed for them considering their precise needs. Mothers In terms of the mothers, the benefits are too many and are only starting to emerge. And the advantages that the investigators have been unearthing day in, day out are big…
