Is there Natural Relief for Migraine Headaches?

I have observed a consistent pattern in migraine sufferers with chronic migraines. I concluded that migraine headaches are caused internally by conflict. Internal conflict refers to a struggle within the person, with multiple major disputes seemingly attacking each other. Migraine headaches often begin in childhood. The child may become conflicted and start a pattern of inner conflict.

Headaches

These headaches can start in childhood or later in life. To resolve headaches, it is important to address the childhood cause. People with severe health issues often started their headaches in childhood. However, other life events such as divorce, difficult pregnancy, extreme stress and other life events can also cause them. Multiple problems and incidents can often cause severe migraines.

Migraines sufferers are often complex and intelligent. All of my migraine patients were intelligent and complex. Many of them had multiple issues and stressors. Some were abused as children. Others had difficult pregnancies.

Hormonal Factor

Some had severe hormone imbalances. Some had job stress and financial worries. Some had marital problems. Each of them had deep-rooted inner conflicts with at least two sides of themselves in conflict most of the time. Conflicting beliefs or values are the most common conflicts I have seen in migraine sufferers. These beliefs or values are often the most significant, such as two completely different views about them.

For example, there is a conflict between being a good person and being a bad person. One person loved her mother deeply and began to cry every time she spoke of her mother, who had died many years ago. Her mother was abusive to her growing up, so the conflict surrounding her mother was very intense. She got migraines every time she thought of her mother. She was also an alcoholic and had many other internal problems. We took each piece apart until she was fully recovered. These internal problems are often accompanied hormonal issues.

Be aware

Hormonal imbalances can lead to a variety of mental, emotional, and physical health problems. The tools I use to manage this problem are very effective. Birth control pills can be used to treat hormonal imbalances in women. However, these results can be temporary and can have unwanted side effects.

Combining hormone medication with migraine medications can cause a strain on the body. Although it can provide limited results, it can be very stressful. Many people seek me out as an alternative to their medication. Some people have to stop taking their medication and many choose to see me instead. I do not advise anyone about taking medication. That is up to the individual and their doctor. It doesn’t matter if someone comes to me to stop taking medication or if they do so, it is very satisfying to see them succeed.

Balance is key

We then create a balance in their mental, emotional and physical states. They are given tools to use after their sessions with me. We then address any limiting beliefs. This initial work helps to create a foundation that is stabilizing. It also helps the person to be mentally healthy for delve deeper into the causes of their inner conflicts. This is where we quickly address any childhood issues.

We focus on the inner conflicts and work to resolve them. Once we have identified the causes, we can then create. This is where we use advanced tools that harness the power of the mind to make physical health improvements. The same process is used for any serious mental or physical health issue that clients come to see me. I remember the first time I helped someone with migraines. I was a bit confused at first but eventually figured out how I could help. As I was helping the third person, I noticed a similar pattern to the first two. As I helped the third person identify the consistent patterns, I carefully observed.

Remember

Each person is unique, and migraine headaches seem to have many similar causes. I am able to work with migraine sufferers with confidence because I know how I can help them. My theories have proven to be correct time and again. Every person has a complex inner conflict. I have the tools and experience to help people with their inner conflicts.

Neuro-Linguistic programming, or NLP, is the type of work that I do. NLP enables us to understand the mind’s workings. We are able to understand the inner communication of our mind and how to communicate with it. We can control the mind and work with it to solve problems, to heal past traumas, and to establish a mind-body connection that has an impact on physical health.

These powerful tools are safe and secure because the mind will only accept healthy instructions that are most beneficial to them. This approach is similar in nature to hypnosis, except that the client is awake and is directing me instead of being in deep trance.
