Are There Quick Bad Breath Home Remedies?

People will run for the hills when you mention home remedies. They have visions of witch doctors and concoctions that were cooked over an open fire in a large black pot. It is a good thing that nothing could be further from reality. These home remedies were compiled after hours of research and testing to ensure that you only receive the best home remedies.

    Bad breath

It has been a battle I have been fighting for as long as my memory can remember. I’m sure I’ve tried hundreds of different products and most of them worked. Some were just plain rip-offs. I set out to find a remedy for bad breath that actually worked. I discovered some amazing facts and surefire remedies along with many easy-to-follow home remedies that cost almost nothing.

These are just a few of my favorite home remedies. These home remedies for bad breath are simple and easy to use.

    Home Remedies

Let’s start with the basics. Everyone is talking about oral hygiene, and I don’t want to be late to the party, but I must say that bad breath is number one. It is important to floss regularly and brush your teeth well.

    • Cardamom seeds are a natural remedy for bad breath. They are pleasant tasting and will freshen your breath.
    • The enzyme released by chewing parsley leaves or mint leaves can kill the bacteria that causes odors in your mouth. This helps your body’s natural defenses.
    • Sunflower seeds can be used to freshen your breath, and help you feel fuller and more satisfied.
    • Drinking plenty of water is essential to ensure that your mouth doesn’t dry out. Dry mouth is a breeding ground for bacteria. Your mouth can dry out twice as fast as normal.
    • Morning breath is a common problem. The acidic content of fruits, whether in their natural form or in juice, works well to remove bacteria from the mouth. The acidic content of the fruit kills bacteria, making it easy to wash off.
    • Pineapple juice is a great mouthwash because it has a high acidic level. Tomato juice, Grapefruit juice, and orange juice all work in the exact same way.
    • The stomach and not just the mouth also experience a reducing of odor with apples. Apples are a great source of vitamins that your body needs to fight bad breath-causing bacteria and germs.

    Bacteria

While removing bacteria from your mouth is the first step in achieving fresh breath, it is only temporary unless you take steps that will prevent the growth of odor-causing bacteria. This can be as easy as rinsing your lips with a mixture of water and a cup of clean, fresh water. For a more flavorful experience, add one teaspoon of baking soda to the mixture.

This solution should be used at least three times a day. This will not only kill all bacteria but also create a hostile environment for them. Hydrogen Peroxide can also be used to gargle, but it is not good for your enamel if you use it too often. It is important to maintain good oral hygiene habits.

    Final Tip

You should always rinse your mouth after you have eaten something that causes you problems. Baking soda works. Your dentist should clean your teeth twice a year. These are just a few of the many remedies you can try. If they don’t work, there are many other options that I have found. You should keep trying them until you find one that works for you. Everyone deserves to live without bad breath.
